About David Anthony Tijerina
David A. Tijerina handles cases involving CONSUMER ISSUES, PERSONAL INJURY, AND BUSINESS DISPUTES. Mr. Tijerina grew up in San Antonio, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and the SMU Order of Barristers.
After graduation he began his career with a Dallas law firm representing corporations and insurance companies. David left the firm and began representing injured clients. He has successfully tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court. David is admitted to the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Federal District Courts. From 2000 to 2011, David instructed law students as an Adjunct Professor of Consumer Law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. In 2007, David was recognized for his work with the University, receiving the Adjunct Professor of the Year Award. Named in San Antonio Scene as Top Lawyer in 2018.
Recently, Mr. Tijerina is the Managing Partner attorney of Anderson Tijerina PLLC. His practice includes the handling cases involving serious personal injury, consumer disputes, business disputes, and breach of contract.
